Homemade Chocolate Nut Bars

These nutty and seedy bars are the easiest and most delightful treat you'll ever make! Full of healthy fats and micronutrients to help you achieve a balanced diet. This recipe creates 8 bars.

Ingredients:

- 5 handfuls of mixed nuts (e.g., pecans, almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts)

- 1 tablespoon mixed seeds (e.g., sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds)

- 1 tablespoon honey (aim for local honey)

- A sprinkling of cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

- 80g dark chocolate, melted

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts, mixed seeds, honey, cinnamon, and cacao nibs. Stir until everything is well incorporated.

2. Melt the Chocolate: Gently melt the dark chocolate in a microwave until smooth.

3. Combine: Pour the melted chocolate in cupcake case - I used my reusable silicone cases. Roughly 2 teaspoons of chocolate per case. Then add in the nutty seedy mixture and press down in to the chocolate

4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is firm.

6. Enjoy!

Feel free to customise by adding your favou

rite nuts, seeds, or dried fruits. Enjoy!
